Highly recommended Kennards Salisbury
Had 2 bad experiences here now, first was to pick up a carpet cleaner, pre paid and booked to pick up, turns out it was already booked. Needed it for a job. Booked and paid for something else, all good. Gets a call saying it’s actually booked and they will call back. Never got a call back or a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service here.

The branch at Salisbury had what I needed, when I needed it. Staff were knowledgeable on the equipment I hired.
The equipment I hired sustained some damage during use, the staff were very understanding and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about it at all, just charged me accordingly for the repair. 100% would recommend the Salisbury store! 10/10.
Excellent service . Have always found Kennards to be prompt with deliveries and pick up and the equipment in exceptional condition.
Had one of the best experiences, team helpful with all my questions. We had a big set back on site we called up and requested late drop off. The team set me up in minutes with an after hours pin for drop off, absolute life savers. Would recommend, over the moon happy with the service.
